Dr. Blewett applies his many years of experience in higher education management and developing leadership for faith-based nonprofit enterprises to guide you through our online curriculum and provide expert counsel for implementation.
He currently serves as Dean at A.W. Tozer Theological Seminary in Redding, California and, as an ordained minister, has provided leadership to various church and religious higher education settings for over 35 years.   He has degrees from Montana Institute of the Bible (B.A.), Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon (M.A., M.Div., D.Min.), and the University of Idaho (Ph.D. in Education).

He also holds a certificate in Emergency Planning and Management from the College of Engineering at the University of Idaho where he began his studies in Quality Management.  He completed his Quality Manager Certification with the Quality Management Institute prior to joining the Institute’s professional faculty.

Pat regularly serves as a consultant/evaluator with accreditation bodies within the United States, and has been a Consultant-Evaluator for the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and for the Commission for Accreditation of the Association for Biblical Higher Education.  He also serves as the Board Chair for Synseis Alliance International, a mentoring organization for higher education leaders in the global south.

His knowledge of assessment, institutional research, and QM give him a unique perspective in helping men and women become more effective leaders in both higher education institutions and faith-based organizational settings.
