Mr. Noel has extensive experience in residential healthcare management including behavioral health and assisted living services. He has also developed training and information systems to support the development of "Service Centric" marketing and sales.
Mr. Noel’s role as a member of QMI’s professional faculty is a natural extension of his key contributions to QMI’s development as both a curriculum editor and QMI Board Member. He completed Quality Manager training with Dr. Kennedy in 2001 and has continued to consult with him in the advancement of QM methodologies for marketing and sales. As a continuous QM Learner and advocate, his experience and insights have added significant value to QMI's Learning Management design.

Steve brings to QMI's faculty the unusual combination of a successful career as a marketing and sales executive and in healthcare business operations. Having started his sales career in television and print media sales, he brings a full spectrum of knowledge and experience to the residential healthcare business executive.

For the past twenty years he has held responsible executive roles in healthcare marketing and operations management; and has developed training and information systems to track staff performance and provide insights into appropriate coaching strategies and interventions.
